Delivering your goods to you swiftly and securely is very important to us. The French Shoppe offers a comprehensive delivery service through our strong partnership with market leading transport company Australia Post.
We will endeavour to have your items packed & shipped out as soon as possible.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
Free Standard Delivery will apply to all orders over $125 Australia Wide and will be delivered from date of dispatch in 1-2 business days for the Sydney Metro Area and 2-5 business days for all other Australian metro areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.
Standard Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days for Sydney Metro and 2-5 business days for all other Australian metro areas from date of dispatch. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.
Express Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days from date of dispatch.
*Please note the above shipping recommendations are approximate dates. The French Shoppe will not take any responsibilities for order transit delays from Australia Post but please contact us and we will gladly follow up.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You will have the option to authorize our delivery services to:
1) Leave your order in a safe place on the premises at the drivers discretion, therefore a business delivery address is preferred if you do not wish this to happen.
2) Not give authority to leave, a card will be left on the premises for you to collect at the nearest post office in your area.
Please note if you choose to have your order sent to a business address, a company name and the recipients name is required, as Australia Post may not deliver your parcel to a company without both names.
Add the company name in the Company Optional field when filling out your details at the checkout.
Can I collect my order outside of Business Hours?
With thousands of locations across Australia, Australia Post have plenty of alternative delivery addresses for you to choose from.
And a MyPost account gives you easy access to all of them including:
Free 24/7 parcel lockers, send your parcels to a Post Office of your choice or send to a P.O Box.

The French Shoppe offers worldwide shipping via Australia Post International Standard.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are approximate. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, The French Shoppe cannot take responsibility for delays once items are with Australia Post. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.
Shipping to the USA
As of 26 August 2025, new tariff regulations in the United States require that duties and taxes on goods valued over USD$100 be paid before your parcel can be delivered. Due to these changes, Australia Post has temporarily suspended some postal services to the USA and its territories.
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask our US customers to email us with their intended order before purchasing online. This allows us to:

Calculate any duties/taxes in advance, and

Provide you with the total landed cost before you commit.
Orders under USD$100, or letters/documents with no commercial value, are unaffected.
We appreciate your understanding while Australia Post and US Customs finalise these changes.
