The main character of decorative art in the 1920s, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann (1879-1933) was above all a furniture designer. He is more rarely recognized for his activity as a designer of wallpaper and textiles, which is nevertheless not insignificant. This pattern is a transposition of one of these floral prints.
